VALL’s contribution to Plastic Omnium is a 4,000 m2 MaxiSpace warehouse, totally open-plan, which will become a large factory for exterior equipment for automobiles.
Guarantees the comfort and safety with our doble canvas
Its double canvas cover with a tight, slightly pressurized air chamber makes it strongly resistant to wind, precipitation and temperature changes. But, in addition, all roof joints have been reinforced with flaps. And the sheet metal enclosures (external pre-lacquered and internal galvanized) have been screwed to the side straps and to the gutter at ground level. Measures, both, executed to guarantee the absolute tightness of the interior space, which guarantees the comfort and safety of the entire human team, the work material, the machinery and the final product that is manufactured.
A record time execution
This MaxiSpace model removable industrial building represents a very relevant growth of the Plastic Omnium facilities in Arévalo. A project as large and resistant as this could only be carried out in record time with a removable steel industrial warehouse. In just 3 months it has proceeded to its manufacture and complete installation, including the 3 customized loading docks, all industrial and emergency accesses, and the installation of a complete water collection and channelling system.
The automotive market is highly competitive and evolves continuously, and it is not uncommon for production to decrease or increase depending on the market and competition. For this reason, at VALL we offer our clients the option of enjoying our warehouses in rental mode.
